Men’s Journey

Randall Harr is an akashic records reader, men’s group leader and is finishing his second year of Hakomi mindfulness-based somatic, therapy, practitioner training.  Randall believes men are spiritual beings that need places where they can express their vulnerability, shame, strength and heart. Randall creates a safe environment where men can experience a deeper connection to themselves and other men. Times are changing and Randall believes now more than ever men are being called to transform from their head/ego to the strength, intuition, and creativity of their Hearts.
